FAQ'S

We are a faith-based subscription box service located in Australia.  We currently ship Australia wide for FREE & to NZ at a flat rate fee of $20.00.

Just pick your subscription frequency, either monthly,  every 6 months or 12 months. You will then be sent a beautifully faith curated box that includes a devotional, journal and 5-7 additional items to help you live your most inspired faith-filled life. Sign up easily and cancel anytime!

Our Subscription Business is a non-denominational Christian business, and we aren’t associated with any church. We are an independent business, not a place of worship.  We believe in the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit.

We do not associate with anything “new age” which includes the following: Yoga, card readings of any type, crystals, meditation and mindfulness of the Hindu type, fire burning, law of attraction, moon watching or anything of the new age movement. 

Each month we choose a different inspirational theme and choose a devotional and inspiring products that go along with that.  We support local Australian artisans – look out for their amazing creations in your box!

Absolutely! Our boxes make such a wonderful gift, we’re sure whomever you gift this to will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “this is a gift”, where you can enter your gift recipient’s address. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they won’t ever see your payment information.  We include a beautiful gift card in the box so they can see it’s a gift and handwrite your special message on the card.

When you order any subscription length, we will bill you right away – you don’t have to wait long to get inspired! After that, your boxes will ship after the 20th of each month. 

All new subscriptions cut off on the 20th of each month.  If you order on the 22nd of the month, unfortunately you won’t get the next month’s box, but rather the one after. Ie. You ordered 22nd May – your first box will be July.

You can add our past box at checkout if you like, which I ship within 1-2 days!

Once the previous month’s boxes have shipped to current subscribers, they will become available for individual sale (if we don’t sell out!). That will happen after the 20th of each month.  Get in touch if you would like the previous month’s box for you or a gift recipient.

When you order any subscription plan, you will be billed when you first place your order for the first month, then again on the 15th of each month, thereafter. You will be re-billed automatically on the 15th of each month.

Your Subscription auto-renews.

If you want to change your subscription type, please contact us by email and our customer care team will be more than happy to help you!

You can contact us by email, or you can update those in the “Manage you Subscription” section under “Manage Payment Options” and “Address Book”.

Please note, that even after you cancel your account, you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for. Boxes are billed on the 15th of each month.

We are able to accommodate most large quantity orders, however this is dependent on which box theme you are interested in and the date you need them delivered by. To inquire, please use the form on our Contact Us page. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Yes, if you live in Ballarat in Victoria, or close by – get in touch as we can offer local pickup.
